24hr Game

Thank you for supporting our 24-Hour Basketball Charity Game in aid of the Youth Sport Trust and FND Hope, with additional support in the senior slot for Volunteer Zambia. The event will be held on Saturday 17th May into Sunday 18th May in the Archers Arena. You can find out more about our Captains and their charities on our social media channels 

Please sign up to your age-appropriate timeslot, remember this isn’t exclusive to Archer’s players, so please encourage your friends and family to get involved too. We will allocate players to the two charity teams to try and keep them balanced, but if you would prefer to play for a specific team then select it below. We can’t guarantee you that team, but we’ll do our best.

There is £12-£20 non-refundable participation fee including a T-shirt that will be split amongst the charities. Please choose the amount you would like to donate.

I give permission to capture and use my image, voice, and likeness in photographs, videos, and other media recorded during the event. I understand that these materials may be used for promotional, marketing, and informational purposes across print, digital, and social media platforms. 

First Aid (you will need to agree or disagree on the next page)
I consent /give consent for my son/daughter to receive first aid treatment if needed during the 24hr basketball game. I authorise event staff, volunteers, or medical personnel to provide basic medical care in case of injury or illness.

Parent/Guardian Consent (you will need to agree or disagree on the next page)
I, the parent/legal guardian of the participant, give my consent for them to participate in the 24hr game.
