20Twenty Executive Dual Award Programme - Postgraduate Certificate (PgC) in Leadership and CMI (Chartered Management Institute) Level 7

Our unique programme is the only one in the UK that offers a dual award comprising a Level 7 qualification in Leadership from the CMI plus a Postgraduate Certificate from Cardiff Metropolitan University. The Postgraduate Certificate is equivalent to one third of an Executive MBA at Cardiff Metropolitan University.

Students then have the option of gaining Chartered Manager status via a fast-track route which allows them to use the description 'CMgr' after their name. A Chartered Manager qualification provides formal recognition of competence and professionalism at an operational and strategic level.

The programme delivery is 10 days over 10 months.
